a) 3 to 4 Years of Experience in Project Management, Test Lead and Business Analyst experience in Banking, Financial Services 
b) Expertise in analyzing system & functional specifications, use cases, business requirements, business rules to prepare test schedules.
c)System test execution and defect reporting,reporting status to the onsite and reviewing deliverables.
d)Must have very good communication skills to handle the deliverables in time working with the developers and testers.
e) Ideal candidates should be having B.E. or B.tech Computer Science background.

Candidates with M.C.A background should be having a year more of work experience than required
