This enables us to produce a candidate profile which accompanies the CV’s we submit, detailing exactly how your skills fit the recruiters requirements. We believe this enhances our candidates’ opportunities of being asked for interview because recruiters know more about our candidates than the traditional approach of just assessing CV’s.
